How do I know what size to order?
Most Converse styles, including the Chuck Taylor All Star, tend to run a half-size large. We recommend ordering a half-size smaller than your standard shoe size. Please refer to our Size Chart for specific measurements.
What is your return policy?
We offer free returns within 30 days of your purchase. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Custom 'Converse By You' orders are also eligible for return within the 30-day window.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days. If you are a Converse.com member, you receive free standard shipping on every order. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
Can I wash my Converse sneakers in the washing machine?
We do not recommend machine washing your sneakers. For canvas styles, use a damp cloth with lukewarm water and mild soap to spot clean. For leather or suede, use specific cleaners designed for those materials.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and buy-now-pay-later options like Klarna and Afterpay.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website. You can also track your status directly in the 'Order History' section of your account.
